Terms of Service

Payment:

Payment for all services must be paid on

completion of work carried out prior to the operator leaving the job. We accept

Cash, EFTPOS, Visa and Master Card only.

Bookings:

A booking arrangement can be made between

the client and Northern Beaches Car Detailing 

in person, over the phone or online. An operator will reply to email

booking within 12 hours of an online booking to confirm the booking. Bookings

are subject to Northern Beaches Car Detailing's availability which will be

discussed at the time of booking.

Vehicle Accessories:

All vehicle accessories such as headlight

covers, bonnet guards, vent visor etc must be removed by the client prior to

commencement of work. The client must remove any personal items from the

interior of the vehicle including the boot. Northern Beaches Car Detailing will

not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items, anything not

removed will be cleaned around.

Guarantee:

Northern Beaches Car Detailing offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, The client must inspect all work carried

out prior to the operator leaving, any issues that need rectifyng after the

operator has left will incur a $65.00 Inc GST Call Out Fee.

After you choose a date & time, you will create an account with your details and complete the booking.

Your email address and password will then allow you to review, change and add appointments.
